It&#8217;s also worth pointing out that I rather made a hash of this recipe. It should have been an omelette with a little sausage, bacon and black pudding &#8211; instead it&#8217;s more a massive pile of meat with a little egg.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" class=\"youtube-player\" type=\"text\/html\" width=\"640\" height=\"390\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/9H93sHhHzv0\" frameborder=\"0\" allowFullScreen><\/iframe><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/9H93sHhHzv0\">Watch this video on Youtube.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sausage<\/li>\n<li>Bacon<\/li>\n<li>Black Pudding<\/li>\n<li>Eggs<\/li>\n<li>What-ever you have to hand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Add a little olive oil to your pan and get nice and hot &#8211; throw in your cut up sausages and brown off, lower the heat and allow to cook for a few minutes while you prepare the bacon, black pudding and eggs. Cut the bacon into thin strips and add to the pan &#8211; chunk up the black pudding and add just before you pour in the scrambled eggs. Now mix &#8211; keep the heat high and keep the mixture moving in the pan. Once it&#8217;s all kinda brown&#8230; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thelondonbiker.com\/blog\/2010\/07\/flat-bread-on-the-road\/\">pour it out on your breakfast bread<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I should ascribe this recipe to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.traveldri-plus.co.uk\/\">Les @ Traveldri-plus<\/a> &#8211; but I can&#8217;t because I&#8217;ve fouled it up so badly &#8211; so I&#8217;ll come back to his recipe at a later date and do it properly.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a very simple breakfast &#8211; it looks a mess &#8211; and frankly it is, but it&#8217;s full of slow-release energy and sets you up for the day.
